Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

Items Eligible For Return

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item does not match the description or pictures
  • The size or color is completely different from what you ordered

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, some categories cannot be returned:

  • Fragrances & cosmetics
  • Undergarments
  • Baby feeding items
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable”

Return Conditions

To approve your return request, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Reported within 24 hours with video/photo proof

Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose:

  1. Store credit
  2. Exchange for another item
  3. Refund to your bank/telebirr (takes 2–5 business days)
  4. Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Sareda delivered the wrong or damaged item.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange an item:

  • Exchange must be requested within 24 hours
  • Customer covers delivery fees for returning the item and receiving the new one
  • Depends on availability of stock

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before the store sends it to our pickup point.
Once the item is already in transit, cancellation fees may apply.
