Sareda sources items from multiple trusted partner stores across Addis.
To make your shopping simple and affordable, all items are first brought to our central pickup point. After everything in your order is collected and checked, we deliver your full package to you in one trip.
Delivery Process
- You place your order on the website.
- Partner stores send the items to our pickup point.
- We combine your entire order into one package.
- Our delivery team contacts you and brings it to your location.
Delivery Fee
Customers pay one delivery fee only, regardless of how many items or stores are involved.
Delivery fees vary based on your area.
Delivery Time
• Orders inside Addis Ababa: 1–2 business days
• Orders outside Addis Ababa: 2–5 business days
• Pre-order items may require additional time (clearly indicated on the product page)
Delivery Attempts
If our delivery team cannot reach you on the first attempt:
• We will call or message you again
• A second delivery attempt will be made
Additional fees may apply for third attempts or rescheduling by the customer.
Quality Check
All items are checked before delivery to ensure they match your order and are in good condition.
